A. General

This Privacy Policy, part of the Agreement, governs your interaction with the Edu-Explorer application ("Application") and associated services provided by Edu-Explorer ("Company"). By using the Website, Application, or related services, you agree to be bound by this Policy. Please carefully review the complete Agreement, which includes the Terms of Use ("ToU") found on the Application and Website. Your acceptance of this Policy is implied through the use of the Website, Application, or Services. If you disagree with the terms herein, refrain from using these platforms.

Through your use or access of any part of the Service, you, the "User," acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Failure to agree necessitates refraining from using or accessing the Service.

Edu-Explorer reserves the right to unilaterally modify or replace any terms of this Agreement, and it's the User's responsibility to periodically check for changes. Continued use of the Service post any amendments signifies acceptance of the updated terms.

B. Controllers

“EDU-EXPLORER” is the controller of Personal Information that it collects and processes in connection with the use of the Platform and the provision of the Services on the Platform. The kind of Personal Information we collect in connection with such use is detailed below.

C. Personal Information

The term "Personal Information" encompasses details that uniquely identify a User. This includes, but is not limited to, first and last names, identification numbers, email addresses, age, gender, location, photographs, and/or phone numbers submitted during registration or subsequently on the Edu-Explorer Platform.

We kindly urge you not to furnish Edu-Explorer with any Personal Information unless expressly requested by us. In the event that you voluntarily share Personal Information without our explicit request, we disclaim any liability associated with such information provided by you. Your caution and adherence to our guidance are appreciated.

D. Information We Collect

The application obtains the information you provide when you download and register for the application, services or products. When you register with us, you generally provide -

1. Your name, age, email address, phone number, password, and your ward’s educational interests.

2. Transaction-related information, such as when you make purchases, respond to any offers, or download or use applications from us.

3. Information you provide us when you contact us for help and 

4. Information you enter into our system when using the application such as while asking questions, participating in discussions and taking tests.

The said information collected from the users could be categorized as “Personal Information”, “Sensitive Personal Information” and “Associated Information”. Personal Information, Sensitive Personal Information and Associated Information shall collectively be referred to as ‘Information’ in this Policy.By using the Application, you explicitly grant Edu-Explorer the right to collect, store, and process your contact details and phone contacts. This consent extends to the use of this information for the purposes outlined above. We may use the Information to contact you from time to time, to provide you with the Services, important information, required notices and marketing promotions. Furthermore, the Application may automatically gather some information about your usage of it, such as the kind of mobile device you use, its unique device ID, IP address, operating system, and Internet browser type, in addition to details about how you use the Application. As is true of most Mobile applications, we also collect other relevant information as per the permissions that you provide. We utilize the data we collect for a variety of purposes, including trend analysis, research, application administration, understanding user navigation and learning patterns, and gathering demographic and usage data about our user base as a whole. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are in this Policy. We may disclose Information:

1. As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process.

2. To enforce applicable time of use, including investigation of potential violations thereof.

3. When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, address security or technical issues or respond to a government request.

4. With our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this Policy.

E. Basis of Collection and Processing of Your Personal Information


We collect and process your Personal Information based on the following legal parameters, determined by the nature of the information and the intended purposes:

When you delete information or your account on the Platform, it is generally removed from our servers. However, in specific cases, we retain your information as long as necessary for the purposes mentioned, including compliance with legal or business obligations.

Please be aware that we might not be able to delete all publicly available communications, photos, files, or documents (e.g., comments, feedback). Nevertheless, your Personal Information will be anonymized so that it can't identify you in association with such publicly shared information on the Platform. Aggregated or de-identified information will never be disclosed in a way that could identify you as an individual.

Reject Cookies and Similar Technologies:

You can reject or remove cookies from your web browser. Adjust your browser settings if it's configured to 'accept cookies.' Keep in mind that rejecting, removing, or disabling cookies may affect the functionality or availability of some services on the Platform.


Any free trial or other promotion that provides subscriber-level access to the Edu-Explorer Service must be utilized within the specified time of the trial. The User must cancel their auto renewed subscription before the end of the trial period to avoid being charged a subscription fee.


Our business evolves, and the Policy may change. We reserve the right to email periodic reminders (unless instructed otherwise) and encourage you to check the Platform frequently for updates. The current Policy applies to all your information unless specified otherwise. We won't materially change policies, making them less protective of your information collected in the past without your consent.


Advertisers or ad companies, on behalf of advertisers, may use technology to serve ads directly to your browser. They automatically receive your IP address, and cookies may be used to measure ad effectiveness and personalize content. We lack control over these features, and the practices of advertisers and third-party sites aren't covered by our Policy. Contact them for privacy information.

Opting out of promotional emails affects future communications only. If we've shared your information with a third party before your preferences update, contact them directly to modify your preferences.

We don't sell your Personal Information to third parties, nor use your name in marketing statements without consent.
